Customer Portal Signup and Login

Welcome to the Portal! This article will guide you through getting started with sign-up or login to access TouchMate's Service Portal.

Follow along with the instructions below or use this video to get started:

To begin, choose 'Login' in the Navigation Bar at the top of the screen (on mobile this is accessible via the three line 'Hamburger' Menu), or 'Sign up' depending on your needs:

After choosing 'Login' in the Navigation Bar at the top of the screen (on mobile this is accessible via the three line 'Hamburger' Menu), you should be presented with the following screen or similar:

  • If you have an existing account with the TouchMate Customer Portal, enter your email address and saved password and then login. You should then be able to see your existing tickets, if applicable.

  • If you cannot recall your password, click the 'Forgot your password?' text towards the bottom of the login window.

  • If you signed up with or paired your account with a Google, Facebook, or Twitter/X account, you can also choose one of those options to sign in

  • If you do not yet have an account with the TouchMate Customer Portal, click on 'Sign up with us' or use the Google, Facebook, or Twitter sign-in option to create a new account with our Customer Portal. We recommend using your company email to sign up to expedite your account's approval process.

    • New accounts must be manually reviewed by our Support Team after creation in order for TouchMate to maintain security on the Service Portal. You will receive an email containing your account activation link after it has been reviewed and approved.
      • After first-time signup, you will have to wait (usually 24 hours) while TouchMate Support and IT review their information, verify it, and approve the account. You will then receive an email containing a link to complete account activation.
      • Your ticket, if you've submitted one as a guest in the meantime tied to the same email, will still be viewable and actionable by us. This means we can start working on legitimate tickets even before a customer has had their account approved, so we can maintain our focus on service.
    • Depending on circumstances, TouchMate Support may also email you at the address you provide with your username and temporary password for you to log in. After sign in, it is recommended you update your password.

Using the Portal After Sign-In

Once you are signed in, you should be redirected to the dashboard, from which you can select to view your existing Tickets (click 'Tickets'), view Knowledge Base articles (how-to guides and more), or submit a new ticket (click 'Submit a ticket').
