Change SK1 Presenter Mode
1) After driver installation. Right click on SANEI SK1-31and select "set as default printer"
2) Right click on SANEI SK1-31and select "printer properties"
3) Select Printer settings tab and click Utility Menu
4) Go to Driver Tools and click Exec under MemorySW Settings
5) go to Basic Configuration # 2 and change PRESENTER MODE from CLAMP/RETRACT to the option most fitting for customer’s needs then click apply.
Go the driver settings 2.
1) Setting the presenter mode to Clamp/Eject,
2) The Time-out to 1 second, and
5) Click Partial Cut then click DEL
6) Click Full cut then click ADD then click apply
The printout/Ejection can be made faster by selecting Continuous as the presenter mode, but it exposes the receipt/ticket to be pulled by users while it is being printed.
To reset printer flip blue head open button, move paper, close printer head and load paper and remove the first paper through the out feed.
If loading a new paper roll cut off the first two feet of the paper.
If retracted occurred reach into kiosk under the presenter of the printer and removed paper.
1) To clear paper jam flip blue head open button remove paper (Opening the print head resets printer)
2) Press two clips on presenter cover and pull up and remove paper
3) Close printer head and presenter cover then load paper and remove the first paper through the out feed.
4) If retracted occurred reach into kiosk under the presenter of the printer and removed paper. Is a tight fit may need small tool to remove paper.
CLAMP/RETRACT- DO NOT USE THIS SETTING
CLAMP/EJECT- Prints holds ticket for a set amount of time then releases. Printing multiple ticket: prints one holds then release to print the next.
CLAMP ONLY- Prints holds ticket until the ticket is removed. The printer will not print the next ticket until the previous one is removed
CONTINUOUS-Printer does not loop ticket in presenter. The printer will continuously print tickets and will only hold the last ticket.
The buttons on the side of the printer manually set the printer. This process is difficult and very error prone. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS.
