If you have only recently signed up to use the TouchMate Service Portal, please wait while our Support Team reviews and approves your account. This process usually takes 24 hours.
If you have any questions, please contact our Support Team via email concerning your account creation via support@touchmateusa.com. Please include details pertaining to your created account, such as email used for registration, time and date, and associated name for the account.
If you have previously been able to log in, it is possible you are typing in the wrong credentials. Please double check to make sure you are typing in the write username, email address, and/or password.
You may end up needing to reset your account's password. Please use the Forgot Password? link on the sign-in page to reset your password, following along with the instructions the page provides. If you still cannot sign in after that, it is possible your account is suspended or deactivated. Please email support@touchmateusa.com for further assistance.
