Using the TouchMate Support Widget is easy!
You can use the Support Widget on either the main website (https://touchmateusa.com) or the Service Portal (https://support.touchmateusa.com) to browse articles or open a ticket quickly and securely in a handful of clicks.
To start, click or tap the ? Help button that should be located in the bottom right corner of the web page.
Next, choose whether to (1) search for solutions to your questions or to (2) get in touch with our Support Team.
If you're searching for solutions, you can use either the search bar or browse one of the suggested solutions. Simply type in your query, hit search, and click or tap your desired result.
If you're reaching out to our Support Team to submit a ticket, choose what you need help with using the drop-down menu:
Fill out the required information, click or tap the checkbox to confirm you're not a robot, and then click or tap 'Send' to submit your ticket. A TouchMate Support Agent will review your request shortly!
